‘He (Jesus) invented – as an author invents characters in a novel – all the different men that you and I were meant to be. In that sense our real selves are all waiting for us in Him.’ ( C.S. Lewis )

I started learning to play guitar in 1972, after being stunned by a single chord (((A minor))) played by a couple of fellow students in the boarding school (“Rosedale” ) library at S.A.C.S High School. They were playing the ‘Traffic’ version of an old folk tune called ‘The Ballad of John Barleycorn’.

In July 1976, I had a life changing experience which forever changed the course of my life. ( read my scribble, if you dare: ‘Abraxas to Jesus’. )

The following song is an attempt to explain my current worldview. It seems to unravel a bit more freely in this way, as well as in some of my pastels. But as my life is the master carpenter’s miracle, I am convinced that I shall only be able to replicate glimpses of a journey that is unfolding as I write. ‘The journey of a thousand miles ….’ Peace.

I released my debut album in 2011 after years of jamming, recording demos and performing with a many very talented musicians (you know who you are ;) ) both at home and some abroad in the USA and a whole crowd here in the UK.

Noises

I love making noises with my heart, and jangling on my guitar.

Doodles

Pastels, Pens and Pencils are my thang!

Scribbles

There has always been a connection between my thinking and my quill.

Zenjoy!

‘Caught within the fool’s circle,
With no where left to turn,
It’s time for all creation,
To whistle out a tune,
that cannot be burned.’
