It’s ALL FREE and so this is not a rant.
I’m a solo musician (currently going by the name of ‘Blue Django’) and I’m also the vocalist for a band called ‘Smoke Stack Lightning’, which is a four piece blues-rock band based in Norfolk, UK.
The task of creating our internet persona fell to me, actually I volunteered it as I’ve been doing this for slightly over a decade and know my way around it all.
However, when it comes to. Wait a second let’s have some music to swish the next few stanzas down.
Now to the maze.
I’ve opened a few profiles at Facebook and eventually narrowed it down to one profile for myself: Gypsy Sprite (Django Blue) and one profile for the band: Smoke Stack Lightning. Though, I’m sure there will be changes to my existing set-up, here is how the whole thing is laid out. Hey, this is primarily for myself but it’s also to help you to navigate the pages and to know which one’s you’ve hooked up to so far.
This is my band profile: Smokes Stack Lightning ( ‘Smoke’ is already taken, so I had to settle with either ‘Smoked’ or ‘Smokes’ and seeing as our slogan is ‘Smokes Lighting’ it’s not too far off. )
